STEP 5: BOOTCAMP

(3 Days) Use our A-Z blueprint on how to sell life insurance virtually or in-person while growing a massive agency.

STEP 6: SHADOW 10

(24 Hours) Hop on one of our Live Dial Zooms and watch 10 people take a client from call to close.

STEP 7: BUY 100 LEADS

Be prepared to buy your first batch of leads on a lead strategy call with your manager. We're going to work with your budget to get you 100 leads to call over the next two days.

STEP 8-9: FIRST 48 CHALLENGE

(48 Hours) Run 10 quotes and close your first deal in your first 48 hours from getting your first agent number.

STEP 10: YOUR STARTING 5

Start building your agency by setting up your recruiting website with one click. Bring your new agents back to this page and walk them through the same steps you just took. Now you're a real BOSS!
